Access2Arts has collaborated with Adelaide-based DJ and composer DJ TR!P to create an opportunity to collude with his music. SND2 lets you release your inner DJ.
The SND2 Music-making Machine allows you to create your own unique sound. DJ TRIP has composed a collection of ELECTRO sounds for you to mix to your heart's content. There are instructions below, or learn how to create your own SND2 with DJ TR!P on this handy video.
On the Music-making Machine, each square represents a different sound; Loop, Beat or Sting. Loops are extended sounds, a Beat or Sting is a shorter sound. You can create your song by clicking the squares on the machine below or by using the keys of your keyboard.
You can choose to play your song with DJ TR!P’s backing track, or without - it’s your choice. When you’re ready to record hit the RECORD button to start.
Once you’ve finished your song, hit STOP and use the PLAYBACK button to hear your track.
